The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has vowed not to allow Fulani take over Ebonyi State.
The IPOB leader was reacting to the killing of some Ebonyi residents by suspected Fulani herdsmen.
Reacting specifically to a report that qouted Governor David Umahi as lamenting the betrayal of Fulani, Nnamdi Kanu said the Eastern Security Network (ESN) won’t allow the state go the same way as Kwara.
The IPOB leader claimed that the Yoruba are the true owners of Ilorin, the Kwara State capital, before it was taken over by the Fulani caliphate.
He wrote: “Afonja said the same thing after he unwittingly & foolishly surrendered Yoruba Illorin Kwara State to his Fulani friends.
“Today, Yoruba the true owners of Illorin are effectively Fulani caliphate slaves.
Afonja said the same thing after he unwittingly & foolishly surrendered Yoruba Illorin Kwara State to his #Fulani friends. Today, Yoruba the true owners of Illorin are effectively Fulani caliphate slaves. #ESN won’t allow Ebonyi go same way. #WeMove ✊ pic.twitter.com/7V21coj3WP
