Peter Obi Joins Labour Party, Sets To Participate In The Party’s Presidential Primary Election

Former presidential aspirant on the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Peter Obi, has formally joined the Labour Party (LP) to contest the 2023 presidential election.

Salemgists earlier told you that Mr. Peter Obi dumped the opposition Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

He announced his resignation in a letter dated 20, addressed to the National Chairman of the party, he also gave reasons for his withdrawal from the presidential race.

However, Obi registered as a member of the party on Friday in his ward in Anambra State and is expected to contest the party’s presidential primary election next Tuesday.
