Today, they may be laughing at those they have impoverished. Tomorrow, they may discover that wealth cannot repair a ruined reputation, restore broken trust, or reverse every decision they have made.
The nemesis they never imagined may come through the collapse of their empire, the betrayal of those they trusted, the exposure of their secrets, or the consequences of their own choices.
