Nollywood actress, Doris Ogala, has shared fresh details on the ongoing controversy between her and the founder of the Grace Nation Bible Ministry, Pastor Chris Okafor.
It was reports that the thespian was apprehended by the Lagos State Police on Saturday for calling out Okafor after he allegedly failed to fulfil his marriage promise to her.
She was released on Monday afternoon after spending two nights in police custody, where the pastor allegedly begged her for a peaceful resolution.
However, speaking via Instagram on Wednesday, Doris disclosed that table talks and resolution are ongoing.
She stated that she has a lot to say, but is being careful because she does not want the blood of anybody on her hands.
She said, “Talks is going on now, resolution is ongoing at the moment. I’m still in Lagos, I’m not back in Abuja. I want to know where it’s heading, and I want to know the end of this table talk. I will come back, and I will seek God’s face. I will ask God the next direction, what should I do because at the moment, I don’t know what to do. I will ask for his wisdom, what should I do, because I have a lot to say, I have a lot I want to reveal, I have a lot I want the world to learn from this.
“At the same time, I don’t want to have anyone’s blood on my hand. This is still bad than anyone thinks. I haven’t said anything. What I just said online is nothing to what I’m about to say before my arrest. But I will leave everything to God and pray and seek his direction to let him direct me on how best to go about it. I’m not afraid of anyone, I’m not afraid of going to jail. All I want is to speak my truth, and my truth I will speak.”
