Mozambique midfielder Guima has said the Mambas have what it takes to beat the Super Eagles of Nigeria.
The Mambas have made a big impression at the ongoing 2025 Africa Cup of Nations despite recording only one win in three games at the group stage.
Chiquinho Conde’s side put up a good fight in the defeats to defending champions Cote d’Ivoire, and Cameroon.
They will up against one of the tournament favourites Nigeria in the Round of 16.
Guima said they are working hard on how to achieve victory.
“We have our weapons as a team and we are working to beat Nigeria,” Guima told Soccernet.ng.
