Faces of Three Suspects Arraigned in Connection With The Oyo Schoolchildren, Teachers’ Kidnap

The Federal Government has filed a 10-count charge against three men over the abd¥ction of pupils and teachers from a school in Oriire Local Government Area of Oyo State.

The suspects,Abdulrazak Umar (also known as Abu Khalifa/Abu Khalid), Yunusa Musa (also known as Yunusa bin Musa), and Shamsu Adamu Sani (also known as Abu Itisar), were arraigned before the Federal High Court in Abuja on Friday.

They are facing charges bordering on t+rrorism, kidn@pping, concealment, incitement, and illegal mining.

The three defendants, who are all from Suleja Local Government Area of Niger State, allegedly conspired with Muhammad Sani, Jibril Mohammed, and Ibrahim Khabab between January and May 2026 to abduct the schoolchildren and teachers in Oyo State.
