Never allow anyone to intimidate you or make you feel that you are less than who God created you to be. Be confident. Be bold. Stand firm. And trust God to guide your steps.
There will be times when people try to discourage you, criticize you, belittle you, or make you afraid to pursue your purpose. But you must remember that your confidence should not come from people’s approval—it should come from knowing that God is with you.
The Bible says:
“For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.”
— 2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV)
Do not allow fear to control your decisions. Walk with courage, wisdom, and self-control.
God told Joshua:
“Be strong and of a good courage; be not afraid, neither be thou dismayed: for the LORD thy God is with thee whithersoever thou goest.”
— Joshua 1:9 (KJV)
When you know that God is with you, you do not have to live in fear of people. You can face challenges with courage and confidence.
But while you should trust your instincts and learn to recognize when something is wrong, always place your ultimate trust in God—not merely in your feelings or human understanding.
“Trust in the LORD with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.”
— Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV)
Sometimes your instincts may warn you to be careful, but wisdom requires you to seek God’s direction before making important decisions.
So stand tall. Speak with courage. Know your worth. Do not let intimidation silence your voice or stop you from fulfilling your purpose.
“The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? the LORD is the strength of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?”
— Psalm 27:1 (KJV)
Be confident. Be bold. Be wise. Trust God. And never allow intimidation to stop you from becoming who God created you to be.
Remember:
FEAR DOES NOT DEFINE YOU.
PEOPLE’S OPINIONS DO NOT DEFINE YOU.
GOD’S PURPOSE FOR YOUR LIFE IS GREATER THAN INTIMIDATION.
