True leadership is not about defending every action of your followers; it is about standing for what is right, even when it means holding members of your own group accountable.

The leader’s reported condemnation of the actions captured in the video and call for the arrest and investigation of those involved highlight a fundamental principle of responsible leadership: accountability must come before loyalty.

When troubling incidents occur, leaders must speak up, demand a thorough investigation, and allow the law to take its course. That is the minimum standard expected of anyone entrusted with leadership.

💬 What do you think? Should leaders be held responsible for the actions of members of their groups, and how should they respond when misconduct is reported?
