YOU ARE NOT AS PERFECT AS YOU THINK — SO WHY ARE YOU SO QUICK TO JUDGE OTHERS?

Published

on

Some people behave as if they were appointed by God to judge the entire world, yet they have never taken an honest look at their own lives.

They know everybody else’s mistakes but refuse to acknowledge their own weaknesses. They are quick to condemn, quick to criticize, and quick to spread stories about other people’s failures.

But when the spotlight turns toward them, suddenly, they have excuses.

**WHY IS IT SO EASY TO SEE THE DIRT ON ANOTHER PERSON’S FACE WHILE IGNORING THE DIRT ON YOUR OWN?**

You criticize someone’s marriage, but is your own relationship built on honesty and respect?

You condemn someone for lying, but have you always told the truth?

You call someone arrogant, but have you examined the pride in your own heart?

You expose another person’s past, but are you proud of everything in yours?

You judge people by their public mistakes while forgetting that your own private behaviour may tell a completely different story.

Let us be honest: some people do not correct others because they genuinely care about righteousness. They do it because judging others makes them feel superior.

They need somebody else’s failure to feel good about themselves.

But here is the uncomfortable truth: **POINTING OUT ANOTHER PERSON’S WRONGDOING DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY MAKE YOU A RIGHTEOUS PERSON.**

You can condemn sin and still be guilty of hypocrisy. You can quote the Bible and still fail to practise its teachings. You can preach morality to the world while neglecting the character you display behind closed doors.

Jesus said in Matthew 7:5 (KJV):

*“Thou hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of thine own eye…”*

The message is powerful: examine yourself before rushing to condemn another person.

This does not mean that wrongdoing should be ignored. It means that correction should come with humility, fairness, and a willingness to hold yourself to the same standard you demand of others.

The world does not need more people who are experts at exposing other people’s weaknesses. It needs more people who are courageous enough to confront their own.

**NEWSBREAK365 ASKS:**

Are people who constantly judge others genuinely concerned about morality, or are some simply hiding their own imperfections behind the mistakes of others?

WHEN THE LOVE OF MONEY BECOMES THE FOUNDATION OF MARRIAGE, LOVE BECOMES A BUSINESS TRANSACTION!

Published

on

Some people are not looking for a life partner; they are looking for a financial sponsor.

They don’t ask, *“Will we grow together?”* They ask, *“What can you offer me?”*

They don’t measure love by loyalty, sacrifice, understanding, or peace of mind. They measure it by expensive gifts, luxurious lifestyles, monthly allowances, and the size of a bank account.

**The moment money becomes the foundation of marriage, genuine affection can become a casualty.**

When the money flows, the marriage looks beautiful. Expensive dates, smiling photographs, romantic captions, and public displays of affection make everyone believe that everything is perfect.

But what happens when the money stops?

What happens when business collapses, a job is lost, sickness comes, or financial responsibilities become overwhelming?

Will the person who once promised, *“I will love you forever,”* still stand beside you? Or will the love suddenly disappear because the financial benefits are gone?

The painful truth is that some marriages are built on financial expectations rather than emotional connection. One partner may be busy buying affection, while the other is busy calculating what they stand to gain.

And when both partners begin to see marriage as an investment, every sacrifice becomes a debt, every gift becomes an obligation, and every disagreement becomes a battle over money.

**Let us be clear: money is important in marriage.** Bills must be paid, children must be cared for, and financial stability matters. There is nothing wrong with wanting a responsible, hardworking, and financially stable partner.

The danger begins when money becomes more important than character, respect, loyalty, compassion, and commitment.

A wealthy partner can provide a comfortable lifestyle, but wealth alone cannot guarantee peace. Expensive gifts cannot buy genuine respect, and a luxurious house cannot automatically create a happy home.

**Never marry someone merely for what they have without understanding who they are.**

Money can build a house, but it takes love, trust, respect, and shared responsibility to build a home.

Because when the money disappears, you will discover whether you married a partner or simply entered into a financial arrangement.

🔥 **LET’S TALK: Can a marriage truly survive when money is the main reason two people are together? Or is financial security now more important than genuine love?**

THE SPIRIT OF UNFORGIVENESS: YOU SAY YOU HAVE MOVED ON, BUT WHY ARE YOU STILL BLEEDING?

Published

on

WHAT IF THE PERSON YOU REFUSE TO FORGIVE IS SLEEPING PEACEFULLY WHILE YOU ARE DESTROYING YOUR OWN SOUL TRYING TO PROVE THAT THEY HURT YOU?

Read that again.

They betrayed you, but you carry the bitterness. They lied to you, but you replay the story. They broke your heart, but you are the one losing sleep. They may not even remember what they did, yet you are still fighting battles with them in your mind.

**ISN’T IT IRONIC THAT SOMEONE CAN HURT YOU ONCE AND, THROUGH UNFORGIVENESS, YOU ALLOW THAT SAME PERSON TO HURT YOU A THOUSAND MORE TIMES?**

This is the dangerous power of unforgiveness. It turns yesterday’s pain into today’s prison. It allows an old wound to dictate your present emotions and gives someone who may no longer be in your life continued access to your peace.

But here is the uncomfortable truth: **NOT EVERY PERSON WHO HURT YOU WILL APOLOGIZE. NOT EVERY BETRAYAL WILL BE EXPLAINED. AND NOT EVERY WOUND WILL RECEIVE THE CLOSURE YOU DESIRE.**

So, what happens next? Will you spend the rest of your life chained to the pain of what someone did to you?

Let us be clear: forgiveness does not mean the offender was right. It does not mean forgetting the pain, restoring trust, or allowing someone to abuse you again. You can forgive and still walk away. You can release bitterness and still maintain firm boundaries.

**FORGIVENESS IS NOT SURRENDERING TO YOUR OFFENDER; IT IS REFUSING TO LET THE OFFENSE RULE THE REST OF YOUR LIFE.**

Today, ask yourself a difficult question: Am I holding on to this pain because I want justice, or because I have allowed the pain to become part of who I am?

Do not let the person who wounded you determine the person you become.

Release the bitterness. Reclaim your peace. Break free from the spirit of unforgiveness.

🔥 **NOW, BE HONEST: WHEN YOU REFUSE TO FORGIVE SOMEONE, WHO SUFFERS MORE — THE PERSON WHO HURT YOU OR THE PERSON WHO KEEPS HURTING INSIDE?**

THE UGLY SPIRIT OF STINGINESS!

Published

on

Some people would rather watch you die in poverty than watch their money reduce by a single cent. They will attend your funeral with expensive clothes, cry louder than everyone else, and pretend they loved you—yet when you were alive and desperately needed their help, they treated your suffering like entertainment.**

Isn’t that the height of wickedness?

Some people have money, resources, and opportunities to make life easier for others, but their hearts are so consumed by stinginess that even the smallest act of kindness feels like a punishment to them. They can spend lavishly on themselves, spoil their loved ones, and enjoy every luxury life offers, but the moment someone else needs help, they suddenly become experts at explaining why they cannot give.

**Their pockets are full, but their hearts are bankrupt. Their bank accounts are growing, but their humanity is shrinking.**

Let’s be clear: being financially responsible is wisdom. Saving for the future is necessary. But when your attachment to money makes you insensitive to another person’s suffering, something is seriously wrong.

Imagine watching someone who has stood by you in difficult times struggle to afford a meal, pay a medical bill, or keep a roof over their head—and you have the means to help, yet you turn your back without a second thought.

What exactly are you protecting? Your wealth or your selfishness?

The most painful part is that some people do not realize how ugly their stinginess has made them. They mistake selfishness for wisdom, greed for financial intelligence, and a cold heart for strength.

They forget one simple truth: **money is a tool, not a god, and human beings are worth more than the possessions they own.**

Today, you may be the one giving orders because you have money. Tomorrow, life may put you in a position where you must ask someone else for help. No one is guaranteed permanent comfort, endless wealth, or uninterrupted good fortune.

You do not have to give away everything you own to prove that you have a good heart. But when you can genuinely help someone without destroying your own stability, do not let stinginess rob you of the opportunity to do something meaningful.

Because at the end of the day, nobody will be moved by how much money you accumulated if you used it as an excuse to abandon everyone who needed you.

**A fat bank account cannot compensate for a rotten character. And no amount of wealth can make a selfish heart beautiful.**

🔥 **LET’S TALK!**

Is stinginess simply a personality trait, or does it reveal something deeper about a person’s heart?

And here is the uncomfortable question: **If you have the power to ease someone’s suffering but deliberately choose not to, what does that say about you?**

Let’s hear your honest opinions in the comments. 👇
